If you are not satisfied with a good you have purchased on our site, you may proceed as follows:
FOR PRODUCTS SOLD ONLINE ONLY
If the customer is not entirely satisfied with their purchase, they must contact Solutions M3 within 30 days of the purchase date indicated on their order form to arrange a replacement (exchange) or a refund.
Transportation fees for returning the order to the Solutions M3 warehouse (Quebec City) will be charged to the customer. These fees will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. The customer will have the option to return their order free of charge, if they bring it to the Quebec warehouse only themselves.
The receipt or invoice (delivery note), and the original packaging are required for any exchange or refund.
Note that any modified or transformed item cannot be exchanged or refunded.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the merchandise upon receipt before signing the transport document, otherwise any damaged part cannot be replaced.
In case of a deficiency, the customer cannot refuse a delivery.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact Solutions M3 customer service as quickly as possible at 1-866-446-2902 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am-12 pm and 1:30 pm-5 pm EST) or by email at sm3@solutionsm3.com.
Solutions M3 will provide the customer with a return number and inform them of the best way to return the product.
Return the product in its original packaging with all associated items (instruction and assembly sheets, parts, tools, etc.) and clearly indicate the return number that Solutions M3 will have provided.
PACKAGE SHIPPING
The customer is 100% responsible for the condition of the product upon arrival at the Solutions M3 warehouse. Solutions M3 cannot be held responsible for damages caused to the packaging or the product during transport.
Returned products that are not new or that have been used, that are without a return number or without their original packaging will not be accepted.
The refund will be processed according to the payment method used at the time of purchase once the product has been received and inspected by Solutions M3. Solutions M3 commits to inspecting the product within three (3) business days.
Depending on the customer's banking institution, an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days may be added to this delay.
FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS SOLD BY CONTRACT OR QUOTE
No returns or exchanges will be accepted, with the exception of a defective or damaged product which will be replaced or repaired.
In case of a deficiency, the customer cannot refuse a delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the merchandise upon receipt before signing the transport document, otherwise any damaged part cannot be replaced.
In case of a deficiency, the customer must communicate as quickly as possible with Solutions M3 customer service at 1-866-446-2902 or by email at sm3@solutionsm3.com within three (3) business days following the date of receipt.
The Solutions M3 team will provide the procedure to follow.
Failure to communicate with Solutions M3 within three (3) business days following the receipt of the order, the delivery will be presumed compliant.
No delivery can be refused.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE SITE
