The Synetik ErgoDesign SF190 Welding is an industrial chair for seated welding tasks at desk-height workstations. The manufacturer describes its natural suede-like upholstery as durable, spark-resistant and resistant to cracking.

The Multi Tilt mechanism provides seat-height and seat-depth adjustments, as well as separate seat and backrest angle adjustments. Which workstation is the SF190 designed for?

Synetik recommends the SF190 for work surfaces between 25 and 30 inches (63–76 cm), with 6 to 8 hours of use per day and a maximum capacity of 280 lb (127 kg). The standard seat-height range is 21 to 26.5 inches (53–67 cm).

Check your work-surface height, leg clearance and intended working position before choosing a configuration. The SF190 Welding is designed for seated work at desk height; the TF190 is a different model intended for higher workstations.

Is the SF190 Welding a 24/7 chair?

The manufacturer recommends 6 to 8 hours of use per day. This model should not be presented as a chair for continuous 24/7 use.

How does it differ from the SF190 Vinyl?

The SF190 Welding uses spark-resistant suede-like upholstery and carries manufacturer reference 508-00016. Choose this configuration when your application calls for this upholstery. For conventional industrial settings, consider the separate SF190 Vinyl configuration, manufacturer reference 508-00015.

Are armrests and a footrest included?
