Yes. The TF180 Vinyl is designed for work surfaces 31 to 40 in. (79 to 101 cm) high. Its seat adjusts from 23 to 31.5 in. (58 to 80 cm). Also check leg clearance and the intended working position.

Is the TF180 suitable for an 8-hour workday?

Synetik recommends 3 to 6 hours of daily use for the TF180. For 6 to 8 hours, consider the TF190 Vinyl. It has a 20 × 18 in. seat, compared with 19.75 × 16 in. for the TF180, plus a larger backrest and seat-depth adjustment. The best choice depends on your body dimensions and workstation.
