Prices and shipping

All prices on this Web site are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes or shipping charges (except where indicated as "Free Shipping").

Items with shipping and/or delivery times other than "standard delivery" cannot be cancelled or changed after the order has been processed.

Taxes and shipping costs (if applicable) will be charged during the checkout process.

Customers may choose to pick up their order (without shipping charges) at our Quebec City or Montreal service locations. This option is available at the payment stage.

Fraud prevention

M3 Solutions reserves the right to verify the customer's identity, place of residence and means of payment at any time. In case of doubt, M3 Solutions reserves the right to cancel an order without prior notice.

Delivery

The customer must ensure that all products ordered can be delivered without difficulty, failing which additional delivery charges may be levied.

It is the customer's responsibility to indicate the delivery address on the order if it is different from the billing address.

Delivery times may vary from 1 to 12 weeks, depending on the products ordered. M3 Solutions does not keep an inventory of the products offered on its website. Delivery times vary according to product availability from manufacturers.

When placing an order, the customer must fill in all mandatory fields in order to proceed to the next step.

General

When ordering online, an automatic e-mail confirmation is sent to the customer.

When M3 Solutions processes an order, an automatic e-mail is sent to the customer to inform them that the order has just been processed by a member of our team.

Once the shipping date is known, Solutions M3 will enter the "expected shipping date" in the customer's order. The customer can access this information at any time via the order confirmation e-mail received at the time of purchase.

Under current circumstances, it is possible for a product's shipping time to be longer than that displayed on the site's product page. Many manufacturers are experiencing production delays. In such cases, the manufacturer's new shipping date will be indicated on the customer's order. The customer can access this information at any time via the order confirmation e-mail received at the time of purchase.

Cancelling an online order

The customer has 24 hours to cancel an order. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed by the M3 Solutions team. To cancel an order, the customer must send an e-mail to sm3@solutionsm3.com or call 1-866-446-2902 as soon as possible.

Please note that M3 Solutions reserves the right to cancel any online order without notice in the event of a pricing error, inventory shortage or discontinuation of color or product.

Volume discounts

For orders of 10,000.00$ or more, or for office furniture projects, please contact the M3 Solutions sales team to obtain a quote for your project and benefit from the best possible price.

Coupon and promotion limitations

Only one discount coupon or promotional code may be used per order. Coupons cannot be combined with each other or with other offers or promotions. M3 Solutions reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with this condition.

Pick-up and delivery

Pick-up

Customers have the option of picking up their order at our Quebec City location, free of charge. They must wait for the M3 Solutions team to contact them to let them know that their order has arrived and is ready for pickup. A pick-up date will then be determined with the customer, and must be respected, failing which storage fees may be charged.

Delivery

If the customer chooses the delivery option, a predetermined fee will be charged (if applicable). Depending on the type of product purchased, once the order is ready for shipment, the M3 Solutions team will contact the customer to determine a delivery date.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the delivery location to receive the merchandise on the specified delivery date. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the customer will be charged an additional fee for a second delivery.

Goods will be delivered to the first floor of the customer's business or residence. No handling to bring the merchandise to a location other than the main entrance of the business or residence is included in the standard delivery charge (for additional handling or installation, please contact us for a quote).

If the delivery takes place in a building where steps are required or access for a delivery truck is difficult, it is the customer's responsibility to advise M3 Solutions at the time of your order so that the necessary arrangements can be made. M3 Solutions, the delivery company or the delivery person may cancel the delivery and you will be charged a delivery fee.

Delivery territory

We deliver throughout the province of Quebec and Ontario, with the exception of certain remote areas (see list below) where additional delivery charges will be applied on top of the delivery charges already calculated on the order (if applicable).

Upon receipt of the order, the M3 Solutions team will contact the customer to inform them of the additional delivery charges applicable to their order. The customer will then have the option of accepting the charges or cancelling the order. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, M3 Solutions will refund the customer using the same method of payment used for the order. *Please note that express and rapid delivery products are non-refundable once the order has been processed by the M3 Solutions team.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact M3 Solutions within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement (exchange) or refund. Certain conditions and exclusions apply.

Conditions

Since M3 Solutions is not a chain of big-box stores, but a company specializing in the sale of highly customizable office furniture and ergonomic products, it becomes difficult for us to resell returned products without the products suffering a significant depreciation. For this reason, a minimum restocking fee of 10% and up to 20% will be deducted from the refund.

The customer will be charged shipping costs for the return of the order to the Solutions M3 warehouse (Quebec City). These costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Customers may return their order free of charge if they pick it up themselves at the Quebec City warehouse only.

The receipt or invoice and original packaging are required for any exchange or refund.

Please note that any item modified or transformed cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exclusions
  • Products that have been used
  • Office furniture sets, reception desks, conference tables
  • Products sold via tender, contract or showroom.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the merchandise upon receipt before signing the bill of lading, otherwise damaged parts cannot be replaced.

In the event of deficiency, the customer may not refuse delivery.

Return procedure

Contact M3 Solutions customer service as soon as possible at 1-866-446-2902 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm and 1:30pm-5pm EST) or by e-mail at sm3@solutionsm3.com.

M3 Solutions will provide the customer with a return number and inform him/her of the best way to return the product.

Return the product in its original packaging with all associated items (instruction and assembly sheets, parts, tools, etc.) and clearly indicate the return number provided by M3 Solutions.

Shipping

The customer is 100% responsible for the condition of the product upon arrival at the M3 Solutions warehouse. M3 Solutions cannot be held responsible for damage to the packaging or the product during transport.

Returned products that are not new or have been used, that are without a return number or without their original packaging will not be accepted.

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase once the product has been received and inspected by M3 Solutions. M3 Solutions will inspect the product within three (3) business days.

Depending on the customer's banking institution, five (5) to ten (10) business days may be added to this period.

For all other products sold by contract or quotation

No returns or exchanges will be accepted, with the exception of defective or damaged products, which will be replaced or repaired.

In the event of a deficiency, the customer may not refuse delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the merchandise upon receipt before signing the bill of lading, otherwise damaged parts cannot be replaced.

In the event of a deficiency, the customer must contact M3 Solutions customer service as soon as possible at 1-866-446-2902 or by e-mail at sm3@solutionsm3.com within three (3) business days of receipt.

The M3 Solutions team will advise you of the procedure to follow.

If M3 Solutions is not contacted within three (3) business days of receipt of the order, delivery will be deemed to have been made.

No delivery can be refused.
