Many of you ask us the question.
What office configuration should I have at home in order to be functional and ergonomic in order to avoid possible physical problems related to telework?
We have made a list, which we believe are the 4 essential items for a functional and ergonomic home office.
1. The Office
Depending on the space you have at home, different configurations and sizes are available. Among the most popular and the most current for fast delivery context, we will have the traditional 24" and 30" in depth by 48", 60", 66" and 72" in width.
There is also the aspect of health and safety which remains significant, even in the context of telework. Depending on your budget, it is possible to order an electric adjustable height table in straight or in L-shape, at your convenience. This option will allow you to work sitting and standing to ensure comfort throughout the day.
Note that it is also possible to convert an existing desk by adding an electric adjustable base. The latter adjusts to surfaces from 24" to 36" in depth and from 48" to 96" in width.

Being well seated is essential. A good office chair will allow you to spend several hours at your desk while being comfortable and focused. Different types of chairs and options are available, including:
- With mesh or upholstered backrest
- With multifunction mechanisms allowing a complete adjustment of the seat and backrest
- With arms or armless
- With carpet or hard floor casters

3. Storage
In our opinion, every workstation must have a minimum of storage to offer, if only to store pencils.
